On the morning of March 21, 2022, the latest news for the AnyTech365 Andalucía Open 2022 was presented on Patio Sur of Puente Romano Beach Resort, an event that will include an ATP Challenger 125 tournament for the fifth consecutive edition and a new WTA 125, from March 27 to April 3.
This press conference was attended by the Secretary General for Sports of the Junta de Andalucía, Mr. José María Arrabal; the Councilor for Sports of Marbella, Mr. Manuel Cardeña; the Director of Puente Romano Beach Resort, Mr. Gonzalo Rodríguez; the founder and CEO of AnyTech365, Mr. Janus Nielsen; the President of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation, Mr. Miguel Díaz; and the tournament director Mr. Florian Leitgeb.
During the press conference, all the information for the 2022 edition was released, in addition to two of the three wildcards for the men's tournament, which have been awarded to Carlos Gimeno and Stan Wawrinka.
